1. Collection and Recycling
- Device Collection
You must collect your device within 75 days of repair completion to avoid recycling. - Mechanics Lien Law
We will keep your device and any accessories until you pay all charges or 75 days have passed since repair completion or “No Fix.”
2. Authorization and Risks
- Authorization for Repairs
When you submit your device, you authorize us to perform the repairs. - Inherent Repair Risks
Repairs involve risks, including potential damage to delicate components.
3. Payment
- Accepted Payment Methods
We accept Cash, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Venmo, and Klarna. - Payment Terms
We will hold your device until you make full payment or we approve a payment plan.
4. Estimates and Fees
- Estimates Adjustments
We may adjust initial repair estimates. We will notify you if the estimate exceeds the original by more than 49%. - Storage Fees
If you do not collect your device within 30 days after repair, we will charge a $1 per day storage fee. - Repair Attempt Fees
We may apply fees ranging from $40-$150 for unsuccessful repairs that require diagnosis. - Assessment Before Repairs
We will start work only after assessing the issue and receiving details on how the problem started. If you do not provide an assessment, we will hold your device for up to 30 days before charging a $1 per day storage fee.
5. Responsibility and Liability
- Cosmetic Damage
We do not accept liability for any pre-existing or new cosmetic damage during the repair. - Data Loss
You are responsible for backing up your data. We do not accept liability for data loss. - Liability Cap
We limit our liability to the total fee for services rendered.
6. Device Return and Warranty
- Mid-Repair Return
We will not return devices mid-repair unless specific conditions are met. - Warranty Coverage
- 90 Days: We offer a 90-day warranty for LCD screen replacements, hard disk, and memory replacements.
- 30 Days: We offer a 30-day warranty for all other repairs.
7. Refunds
- Unopened/Undiagnosed Devices
We will provide a full refund if we never opened or fully diagnosed the device. - Warranty Refunds
If your device falls under warranty, you must return it for us to address the original issue. If we do not resolve the issue, we will offer a partial refund minus any diagnostic fees. We do not offer full refunds on any service. - Upfront Fees for Opened Devices
We will charge a mandatory upfront fee of at least $50 for services on devices that have been opened or previously worked on.
8. Customer Conduct
- Behavior
We reserve the right to refuse service to rude customers. If we refuse service, we may conduct business exclusively online, and you will be responsible for return shipping fees.
9. Deposits and Repair Opt-Out
- Deposits
You must provide a non-refundable 50% deposit for special-order parts. - Repair Opt-Out
You may opt out of repairs if the cost exceeds the approved estimate under certain conditions. If you do not decide within 30 days of receiving the device, we will charge a storage fee of $1 per day and add it to the final repair cost.
10. Shipping and Uncommon Repairs
- Lost Packages
We do not accept responsibility for lost packages but will assist with insurance claims if necessary. - Uncommon Devices
We limit services for non-standard devices. Please inquire before sending your device.
11. Intellectual Property
- The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, remains the exclusive property of Trílex Fix Repair Group LLC and its licensors.
12. Termination
- Termination Conditions
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without notice or liability, for any reason, including breaches of the Terms. Certain provisions, such as ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and liability limits, will continue to apply after termination.
13. Governing Law and Changes

U.S. law governs these Terms. - Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will communicate material changes with at least 30 days’ notice. By continuing to use our Service after changes take effect, you agree to the updated Terms. Failure to enforce any term does not waive our rights. If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining Terms will remain in effect. These Terms replace any prior agreements between us.
