Before you send anything to us we highly recommend that you make a backup of your data as we are not responsible for lost data at all.
Video Games
We only need the device!! Please DON'T include cartilage or disks inside or out of drives, memory/sd cards, cables or controllers for modern gaming devices (Unless you are a having an issue with power, hard drive, specific game or specific controller not syncing)
Non-apple Computers
If you are needing a non-apple laptop fixed please include the power supply.
Retro Games
For retro gaming systems that are 10 years or older, please include everything as we might need them for testing.
