If you would like to see the progress of your repair you can do so by using our repair tracking system.
Step 1:
For Liquid Damaged Devices
Remove all sources of power including battery if possible. Even if the device is turning on.
Step 2:
What Should I Bring?
No Need to provide any accessories such as disks, memory/sd cards, cables or controllers for: MacBooks & Gaming Consoles less than 10 years old!!! For everything else such as PC Laptops, Retro Games please ask. If you only want micro-soldering done on a PCB board please ask before sending.
Step 3:
Decide if you’d like to add rush repair
Rush repair process puts your device on a higher priority in our repair queue. If you’d like to add this option, Please mark “Rush” as the selected rush option for 50 dollars extra.
Step 4:
You Need An Estimate
All estimates are done in person, so please book an appointment and we will be glad to help you in person.
